I was here for the all you can eat lunch. Very happy with my $26.99 deal. Always get tomatoes soup base. You have 90min to order your dishes but you can see the timer on your ordering iPad, and the dishes come out fast.

We had an amazing experience at Haidilao Hot Pot Katy! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and so many great options to choose from. The service was truly outstanding from the moment we walked in. A special thank you to our server, Chris, who made our visit unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Since it was our first time, she took the time to explain everything, showed us how everything worked, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire meal. Her sweet personality and excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Chris, for making our visit so special! We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Haidilao Hot Pot Katy to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

We’ve enjoyed several all-you-can-eat Korean hot pot restaurants over the years, and this one offered a slightly different experience. The highlight of our visit was our server, Ryan, who was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and we would definitely return mainly just because of his outstanding service. Now, coming to the food — The broth selection was enjoyable. My favorites were the tom yum and tomato broths, while the chicken broth was flavorful and comforting. The Szechuan broth, however, was extremely spicy, so it’s best suited for those who really enjoy heat. The food overall was good, though not the best hot pot we’ve had. One small drawback was that the tables felt a bit cramped, especially when all the ingredients and cookware were on the table. What truly made the evening memorable was the cultural dance performance at the end. It added a unique and festive touch to the experience, making the night feel extra special.

We had a great time at Haidilao hotpot for dinner. There were lots of food choices, and the broths for cooking were really delicious. You order your food using an electronic tablet, and a robot delivers it to your table. Then, our server put the dishes on the table for us. There are stations where you can mix your own dipping sauce by picking a base sauce, adding condiments, cilantro, green onions, and other ingredients. It’s all up to you. The staff and our server were super friendly and helpful. While we were there, a traditional Chengdu face-changing show happened, with the performer moving around the restaurant. It was a fun surprise to watch. For dessert, there’s a self-serve ice cream machine offering vanilla, chocolate, or a mix for anyone craving something sweet. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely want to visit again.
